Empower ME and To Live For have joined together to bring you a night of music, hope, and inspiration.  All proceeds will benefit LT Smooth’s The Heart of Music Academy, which will provide tuition free music education to children around the world.

 Empower ME is a Maine-based organization that aims to inspire people, communities, and generations to make the world a better place through volunteering, contributing, and  acts of kindness and courage.

To Live For  creates opportunities in Maine for people to share passions and gifts through creative writing, art, music, and storytelling in order to provide empowerment, healing, and love for each other, our communities, and the earth.

LT Smooth is the founder of The Heart of Music Academy in Kona, HI.  His hope is to provide tuition-free music education for children around the world.

HIs story in his words:

I was born and raised in Aotearoa, New Zealand. My story is long, but here is a short version. I have spent too many years of my life doing drugs and alcohol, and running from the law and the people that loved me the most. It’s been eighteen years sober now, and I would never change a thing. The music has been the change in my life. The lyrics I write and the music that I compose are about my journey through the struggles that I have conquered. My music gives me the tools I use to help, encourage, heal, and to mend what we go through in life. This is my story of FREEDOM on MY JOURNEY to make a CHANGE in life.
