The 2019 Maine’s Funniest Comedian qualifying rounds are being held at The Portland House of Music this Summer. Through five Sunday’s beginning Sunday June 16th, 75 comedians will compete for ten spots to go on to the finals which are being held during the 2019 Portland Maine Comedy Festival. Each comedian during the qualifying round has a 5 to 7 minute comedy set. Three judges can give a maximum of 20 points to each competing comedian and every audience member has a single vote as well. Votes will be tallied at the end of the night and the two comedians moving on will be announced as well as a runner up.
