Orquesta Primo Cubano

Portland’s own Primo Cubano presents Orquesta Primo Cubano, bringing the music you love to salsa dance to to a bigger badder level, featuring an 11-piece band on November 11th. That’s right—11 musicians on 11/11! Orquesta Primo Cubano will be playing great Cuban hits old and new, from Arsenio Rodriguez and the Buena Vista Social Club to Los Van Van. The Orquesta’s lineup features Marc Chillemi and Matt Day on trumpet, Eric Ambrose and Dave Noyes on trombone, Paul D’Alessio on vocals and tres cubano, Eric Winter on vocals and percussion, Rafael Freyre on vocals and percussion, Warren Macpherson on piano, Duane Edwards on bass, Lenny Hatch on percussion, and Gary Gemmiti on drums and percussion.

Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 day of show.
