Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event. We do not issue exchanges, refunds or returns after a ticket has been purchased.

If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.

We reserve the right to add your email address to our newsletter once you have purchased a ticket through our portal.

COVID 19 WARNING & ATTENDEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All guests who enter our venue must show proof of Covid vaccination (hard copy or photo accepted) or a negative Covid test (home tests NOT accepted).
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present.  The World Health Organization, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other state and local public health authorities have resources and guidelines available to help you understand risks of attending events.  By entering the venue, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
